Founder of Animus Entertainment Group

Damaris Valero
is the founder of Animus Entertainment Group, a multi-media content provider company that focuses on Branded Entertainment, Development of Concepts and Ideas, Creative Marketing Strategies and Distribution. In addition to the U.S. market, the company also has a strong presence in the U.S. Hispanic market and develops formats and content worldwide.

Valero’s experience in the television industry spans more than 20 years and her areas of expertise include both the Hispanic and International markets. She has had multiple successes in launching TV channels, creating marketing campaigns, understanding joint ventures between companies and products and creating and developing all phases of start-up operations.

Prior to opening Animus Entertainment Group, Valero was Chief Marketing Officer for Claxson Interactive Group. She has alsoworked for MSN/YUPI.com, Universal

 
 

Studios TV Group, MTV Latino and Nickelodeon Latam.

“Three years ago, I decided to mix my passion with my values to produce quality television, so I founded Animus Entertainment Group,” says Damaris Valero. Her role, as she sees it, is holding the vision for the company, growing the business and building a foundation of creativity that has a leading edge. “In addition to creating, developing and delivering original programming, I also consult with clients who want to get into the Hispanic market,” she adds. “I enjoy joining forces with other companies to form strategic alliances that give us efficiency and leverage in the entertainment marketplace.”
