Caracas; he worked at Instituto de Investigaciones Lingüísticas y Literarias Andrés Bello (Institute of Linguistic and Literary Research Andrés Bello) as Professor of Spanish Language and Full-Tenure Professor of European Literature. Furthermore, he was Researcher of Bolivarian Legal Lexis in Naples and of Lexicology and Lexicography in Simon Bolivar’s texts for Instituto per la Documentazione Giuridica in Firenze, Italy.
Among his writings, scripts, plots, adaptations and participations we can name: Amas de casa desesperadas, Decisiones, El amor de mi vida, Cara o Cruz, Corazón partido; Ladrón de corazones, Los Plateados, Se vale soñar (reality show), Lo que callamos las mujeres, Reseña latinoamericana (documentaries), Historia de las artes plásticas en Venezuela, Maria Lionza, Las cuatro repúblicas (history of Venezuela), Los del galpón (children fiction), Eleuterio una historia caribe (Pirañas de Puerto), Sombras, La mujer del coronel, Hemingway el cazador de la muerte (Chicago), La huella (Miami) and Hasta el fin del mundo (Miami), among others. He received the Guión Fundavisual Latino and the Guión ANAC Awards for Cien años de perdón, a feature film script. He belonged to the Semiological Research Team and was the scriptwriter of Ciclo de Oro de Rómulo Gallegos.
